DxO Optics Pro does not work under VDT.

With VDT loaded, DxO Optics Pro shows its splash screen, starts it's three child processes and then exits. Quitting VDT does not help.
Only a complete uninstall restores DxO Optics Pro to working condition.

Upon more experimentation:
1. Creating a virtual desktop, DxO fails
2. Creating a non-virtual desktop, DxO works
