Hi,

When an outlook 2003 reminder popup shows while my workstation is locked, it disappears after unlocking. The taskbar button is briefly visible and after sorting of the buttons the reminder is gone on all desktops

When you unlock you workstation, VDT hides all windows that don't belong to the current virtual desktop (VDT considers that you switched from the screen saver desktop to the virtual desktop). So if Outlook is not a part of this virtual desktop, all Outlook windows will be hidden.

You should recover all windows when switching back to the default desktop.

I have Outlook pinned (set as sticky) and it shows on all of my virtual desktops, but the calendar popups dont show up when they occur while locked (no screensaver, just the standard windows locked dialog)

The way around this is to setup a rule to show the reminder window on all desktops.

Please use the rule workaround, but I will have a look.

Ok, seems to work, but now every time I unlock Outlook's main window also takes the window state from the rule (activate / restore) which results in Outlook becoming the front most window which it was not before locking.

Use the default action for your rule (show the window); don't change its state (activate or restore).
