Go to the "Desktops Explorer" and right-click the scenario node you want to manage (within the "Scenarios" tree). This displays a contextual menu with an "Add shortcut to..." option; choose where you want to add the shortcut (desktop background, start menu or quick launch bar). If you want to put it in another location, just copy/paste the created shortcut.

What about using keyboard shortcut? can I add one to execute a specific scenario e.g. windows+P to execute a scenario called "Presentation"?

Please create a Windows shortcut using the Desktops Explorer, right-click the shortcut to edit its properties and set a hotkey.
