Windows don't stay in Vitual Desktop
Permalink

I've configured autorun to create 3 virtual desktops when I log onto my machine, and in one of them automatically open up a web link. The problem is that this window refuses to stay in the virtual desktop that it is started in, and always moves to the default desktop. This behaviour is not limited to web links, or to autorun configurations... Whenever I start an application in a virtual desktop, the window moves to the default desktop... This kinda defeats the purpose of having virtual desktops...

Any help would be appreciated...

Using VDT 2.72.3 pro on Windows 2k Professional SP4.

Right-click the VDT icon in the notification area, go to "Settings" and then "Computer"; in the first tab, is the box "Automatically add visible windows to current virtual desktop" checked or unchecked?

OK, it was UNCHECKED, but now I've checked the box, but the problem persists.
