App Window Borders Have Disappeared

I have the title bar and part of a bottom border, but no NO right and left border making it very hard to tell where mutiple apps begin and end.  I love the product otherwise.  I have uninstalled and re-installed with no difference.  Any help is appreciated.

Well, which windows are you talking about? Does this happen when you maximize a window?
